as soon as the Macks Wax goes in, all thoughts are out the door and I just swim, all the “outside worries” are gone for the time I am in the pool. Well, except for the fact that I’m doing my biggest Tri in like 24 days…but hey, thats why we do the things we do.

The same is true for sport. How we do ANYTHING is how we do EVERYTHING. Stretching ourselves in sport stretches us everywhere. We are not compartments. It’s all the same thing.
