Running in Crescent Bar
On vacation with the family in wonderful Crescent Bar. The “strip” of Crescent Bar is 1.05 miles long, so, today was down and back 1 time. Wonderful sites along the way…”Watch for Snakes” signs in the cherry orchard, a $100K mastercraft wakeboard boat stranded high and dry on the beach, (I’ll post a picture later), the campers rubbing their eyes as they crawl out of their tents. Summer will be coming to a close in a few days and this is certainly a fitting way to end it.
Well, off to PLAY!

Hey Peter, I just happened to be on a conversation with a business colleague of mine, he was checking out your blog… as he thinks that might be his boat you saw. He didn’t sound real happy about it.
It was great seeing you on Saturday at the Lake Sammy Tri.

Although I am a littel envious of you and Brad hanging out, I will say I hope you are enjoying your vacation as school is about to start and summer is about to end. Fall training is my favorite though!! I am no longer in the “blues”stage of my upcoming and recovering from TRI’s! I am feeling morea nd more ready for this next race…mostly mentally, physically will just have to happen. Any ideas on how to keep the swimming strength up while i am not real able to get into a pool much before my race?
Anyhow, keep up the good stuff, and we will chat with ya soon…
