warm up swim

I’m kind of liking these little warm up swims before working out.  I got to break in my new pull bouy and for whatever reason, I think it has a propeller in it, because I just felt smoother and faster this morning.  And, on a couple of occasions, even dropped my stroke count down to 14 per 25.  Not bad I’d say!  A joyous way to start the day!

The glue came undone

Funny thing happened as I was about 100 in, I felt my pull bouy slipping so I reached down and grabbed it, and realized that it was in 2 pieces.  I have one of those that is about 5, 1 and 1/2 inch thick pieces of foam glued together, well, I guess after close to 200K yards on the pull bouy, the glue decided to come undone.  Which means I get to go shopping today!  Yeah! :-)
