Just some weights
Ran into a friend who did IMFL and it was nice to hear how he did. Can’t wait for next year to go down there, visit some family, volunteer and sign up for 2011. (shh…don’t tell my wife just yet).
Just did my abs/arms routine, nothing fancy.
