This “following the plan” stuff is FUN!
After my warm up swim was feeling quite sluggish and didn’t really feel like getting on the treadmill, but, I’ve told myself, I don’t get to make the decision of not following the plan. Stick to the plan, and the plan will work for you.
Needless to say after my first few steps I was so glad I jumped on the treadmill. I actually even negatively split the last mile! (not by much mind you, but was still a negative split).
I’m finally back to 10:1’s which feels really good, I’m hoping to up that to 11:1’s by this time next week.
The “base building” is working!
Now, if I could just get this ITB and Glute issue squared away! I guess I better stretch even more?!
